Enterprising Bradford

As seen in their latest video, the City of Bradford MDC and Konnektis continue to pave the way for innovative models of care.

Last week Konnektis got the chance to share our experiences working with the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council. We are very pleased to have been featured in the Council’s video, where Mark and Alex talk about our involvement in care delivery in Bradford.

Bradford was our first major partnership, and we have been working closely since our initial Proof of Concept with them in 2016. Following a successful pilot, the Konnektis platform has been rolled out in Bradford to connect all the different people involved in a person’s care, and we are expanding here and in the surrounding area.

Konnektis would not be where it is today without the support and vision of CBMDC. Their pioneering attitude is particularly exciting as they work to find new ways of delivering better care.

We are grateful to be able to work with some incredible teams of home care providers across the region. It is such a privilege to work with so many passionate and committed individuals and care teams across Bradford and we look forward to continuing to do so in 2018!
